The problem
Every signed document is a brand touchpoint. When you send via DocuSign or HelloSign, you're advertising their product to your clients — not building your own brand equity.
And you're paying $65+/user/month for the privilege, with extra fees after 100 envelopes.
Self-hosting is the obvious fix, but nobody has time to manage Kubernetes, SSL certs, database migrations, and S3 buckets.
What you get with DocSignet
Your own domain
esign.yourcompany.com — every email, every signing page, every PDF shows your brand.
Zero ops overhead
We provision the database, storage, container, SSL, and DNS. You add one A record.
Dedicated infrastructure
Your own isolated Kubernetes pod, Postgres database, and S3 bucket. No shared tenants.
Flat pricing
Unlimited documents, unlimited signers, unlimited templates. No per-envelope surprises.
Simple by design
Enter your company name, work email, and the subdomain you want (e.g. esign.yourcompany.com). Takes 30 seconds.
One flat monthly subscription. No setup fees, no per-document charges. Cancel anytime from your customer portal.
We'll email you a single A record to add at your registrar. DNS propagates in 5–30 minutes. Your workspace is live.

Contact us →DocSignet is a managed hosting service built on top of DocuSeal, an open-source e-signature platform released under the AGPL-3.0 license. The signing engine powering your workspace has been reviewed, tested, and trusted by thousands of developers worldwide. We charge for hosting, operations, security patching, backups, and infrastructure management — not for the software itself.
Got questions
Is this legally binding?
Yes. DocuSeal produces ESIGN/UETA-compliant audit trails with timestamps, IP addresses, and cryptographic signatures. The same legal standard used by DocuSign.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
You retain full access until the end of your billing period. We'll send you a data export (all templates, documents, and audit trails) on request before cancellation.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. The only technical step is adding a single DNS A record at your domain registrar — the same thing you'd do to point your domain anywhere. We'll guide you through it step by step.
Is my data shared with other customers?
Never. Every tenant gets a dedicated Postgres database, dedicated object storage bucket, and a dedicated application container. There is no cross-tenant data access possible.
What if I'm already using DocuSeal self-hosted?
We can help you migrate. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll walk you through exporting your templates and importing them into your DocSignet workspace.
Why is it based on open-source software?
DocuSeal is a battle-tested, AGPL-3.0 open source e-signature platform with thousands of stars on GitHub and active community maintenance. Using open source as the foundation means the signing engine is transparent and auditable. We charge for the managed hosting layer — infrastructure, operations, security updates, backups, and support — not for the software.
Can I use my own email for sending signing requests?
Yes, on Professional and Business plans. You configure your own SMTP credentials (e.g. from SendGrid, Postmark, or your own mail server) and all signing emails will appear to come from you.
